To mark the European premiere of F1® The Movie and spotlight Tommy Hilfiger’s iconic connection to motorsport, Zalando brought fashion and film together in a one-day cultural takeover in Berlin. A brand synonymous with American cool since it dressed Team Lotus in 1991, Tommy Hilfiger now extends its motorsport legacy through the film, headlined by global ambassador Damson Idris.

Fashion, Icons, and Generational Style

At Zalando HQ, the day began with a panel discussion led by Shoshannah Richards, featuring Tommy Hilfiger, Zalando co-founder David Schneider, and next-gen names like Leni Klum and Lucien Laviscount. The dialogue delved into the evolution of fashion and how younger voices are shaping its direction. Later at Borchardt, guests explored an archival exhibition — from Aaliyah’s 1990s stagewear to Snoop Dogg’s signature rugby stripes, culminating in Idris’ racing suit from the film.
Sound, Style, and City Spirit

The celebration continued into the night with a performance by A Song For You, followed by DJ sets curated by Zalando’s creative community. With its blend of music, heritage, and modern flair, the evening captured the essence of Tommy Hilfiger’s legacy — dynamic, iconic, and forever evolving.
