A retro-infused tribute to football fandom, led by the Samba and a reimagined ’90s kit.

With the world's attention turning to the FIFA World Cup 2026, adidas Originals and BAPE have collaborated to present an elegant homage to the sport. The current Football Collective collection is inspired by iconic sporting moments, merging traditional silhouettes with the bold aesthetic principles of the Harajuku pioneer.
The clothing line is centred around two prominent supporter jerseys. One garment showcases a long-sleeve denim design with a collared finish, whereas the other pays tribute to a 1990s Japanese national team uniform, enhanced with BAPE’s distinctive flame graphics and “BAPE 93” back personalisation to commemorate the brand’s inception year. The capsule additionally has a Trefoil ABC CAMO Green Shark Hoodie and jacquard camo denim shorts.

The collaboration features three unique footwear models: the adistar HRMY BAPE, the Samba BAPE, and the Campus 00’s BAPE. The adistar HRMY is notably distinctive, showcasing a shark teeth-printed midsole and a fluorescent BAPE STA underlay. Simultaneously, the Campus 00 debuts in an elegant black hue complemented by white BAPE STA insignia.
