Hermès unveils the Slim d’Hermès Squelette Lune skeletonised timepiece crafted from titanium and platinum.

Hermès enhances its Slim d’Hermès collection with the Squelette Lune, an exquisite skeletonised watch that harmonises subtle elegance with technological prowess. Encased in a 39.5mm housing crafted from bead-blasted titanium with a DLC-treated bezel or platinum, the watch features an openworked dial that showcases the interplay of light and material, emphasising the ultra-thin Manufacture Hermès H1953 movement.

The platinum edition is presented in two separate variants: one with a brilliant sunburst blue openworked dial and the other, a titanium version, showcasing an anthracite sunburst dial accompanied by an integrated DLC-treated bezel.

The Slim d’Hermès Squelette Lune features the self-winding H1953 calibre, meticulously made in Switzerland and including a micro-rotor. The movement has a thickness of 3.57 mm, comprises 178 components, and contains 29 jewels, providing a power reserve of 48 hours. Diamond-cut, bead-blasted bridges finished in Vert d’Eau or blue hues reflect the colours of the dial, while black gold-treated baton hands indicate the hours and minutes. At 6 o’clock, the double moon phase complication monitors the lunar cycle in both the Northern and Southern Hemispheres, underscoring Hermès’ notion of time as an entity of feeling and imagination rather than mere quantification.

Reflecting the "Hermès object" attitude, the watch is accompanied by straps that exemplify the House's renowned leather craftsmanship, featuring matte alligator in gris étain or bleu abysse, and navy blue Swift or black Barénia calfskin.
