The watch is available for SGD 9,650 with an anthracite rubber strap and burgundy Norteq® pin buckle, or SGD 10,150 for a model featuring a black DLC titanium folding clasp.

The independent Swiss watchmaker Norqain presents a timepiece sourced from outer space, quite literally. The Wild One Meteorite 42mm Special Edition is the brand's inaugural timepiece to have a dial crafted from extraterrestrial material, as indicated by its designation.

The highlight of the unique edition is its dial, crafted from a genuine iron meteorite. Each dial is unique, exhibiting the characteristic Widmanstätten pattern – a crystalline structure developed over millions of years as metallic meteorites gradually cooled in space. This distinctive term elucidates the allure for the informed, while also serving as a convenient abbreviation for the dial's unique aesthetics. Undoubtedly, the current Wild One encompasses more than mere aesthetics.

The dial is the most notable aspect of the beautiful 42mm burgundy watch, which features a case constructed from Norteq®, a unique and ultra-light carbon-fiber composite developed for the brand by the specialist manufacturer Biwi. The innovative case, including 25 components, is six times lighter than steel and remarkably shock-resistant, upholding the high-performance history of the Wild One series created in partnership with industry icon Jean-Claude Biver.

“The iron meteorite dial evokes a remarkably primal essence,” stated Norqain creator and CEO Ben Küffer. “We are handling a source material that originated from a remote region of our solar system, penetrated our atmosphere, was located in northern Sweden, and ultimately incorporated into a distinctive Norqain watch. All individuals who observe the Wild One Meteorite Special Edition respond with astonishment. It is difficult to avert one's gaze from it. We appreciate watches that narrate stories, and this one, originating millions of years ago, is exceptionally extraordinary!

Concealed beneath the striking dial, the COSC-certified Kenissi-developed movement NN20/1 operates diligently, with each oscillation visible through the sapphire crystal caseback. If the mechanism captivates excessively, the sapphire crystal features the distinct inscription “SPECIAL EDITION, METEORITE” to highlight the watch's exceptional exclusivity. The Norqain Wild One Meteorite Special Edition was made available for purchase on November 18. Production is restricted to 300 units till 2025.
