Is the $33 pairing of a cocktail and tapas dish justifiable?

KILIAN PARIS's most recent scents — the sweet and intoxicating Apple Brandy On the Rocks and the verdant, absinthe-inspired L’Heure Verte — distinctly evoke the scent of alcohol. In summary, it may be attributed to Kilian Hennessy’s own grandeur and his indulgent lifestyle, characterized by sun-kissed complexion, leisurely desert excursions, and social media posts featuring air travel.
To reduce our levity, it is evident that Hennessy is focusing on a specific segment of the more mainstream fragrance market: scents that evoke the aroma of alcohol, which can, in essence, resemble success.

What will you consume at the InterContinental Singapore? Four cocktails, priced at $18, inspired by the olfactory family of KILIAN PARIS. The beverages and, most importantly, a tapas meal to prepare your stomach: Scallops flambéed with citrus and chive vinaigrette, accompanied with fish skin and marinated roe; Potato churros served with crab salad, featuring spicy crab aioli and spring onions; and duck rillettes paired with bread and vegetable batons, each priced at $15.
Is the combination of a cocktail and tapas meal priced at $33 justifiable? You are, of course, dining at the renowned lobby lounge. Should you be enthusiastic about receiving a scent sample from The Liquors collection with each cocktail consumed? We recommend acquiring all four.
