The 2025 LVMH Prize recipient will showcase SOSHIOTSUKI’s latest collection in Florence through a distinctive event.

Soshi Otsuki, designer and founder of the label SOSHIOTSUKI, has been designated as Guest Designer for the 109th edition of Pitti Uomo in January 2026.
Pitti Uomo characterized the event as a convergence of shared interests, commending Otsuki's "ambitious clarity" that integrates ancient Japanese traditions with modern sartorial consciousness and a commercially astute perspective reminiscent of a Made in Japan aesthetic viewed through a Made in Italy lens. Francesca Tacconi, Special Events Coordinator at Pitti Immagine Uomo, articulated a robust connection established with Otsuki in Tokyo, resulting in an urgent invitation to showcase his work at the exhibition.
The 109th edition is set to occur in Florence from January 13 to 16, 2026, during which Otsuki will unveil a unique fashion presentation to exhibit his Fall/Winter 2026 menswear line. Recently awarded the 2025 LVMH Prize for Young Fashion Designers, Otsuki also crafted the aesthetic showcased in the marketing for the upcoming Pitti Uomo, indicating a pivotal creative position in the edition’s visual identity.
