Acquemus Launches Its Inaugural Mountain Shop in Courchevel, French Alps

Jacquemus has arrived in Courchevel, a prestigious ski resort situated in the Tarentaise Valley of the French Alps, to inaugurate its inaugural Mountain Shop.

Entitled “LES VACANCES AU SKI DE JACQUEMUS,” the winter shop draws inspiration from the brand's Parisian retail located on Avenue Montaigne. The outpost greets guests with a display of emblematic snowboards on an outdoor rack and a silver-toned Christmas tree visible through its window.

Upon entering the inviting, neutral-hued environment, visitors are greeted by Jacquemus' highly esteemed accessories, prominently featuring the Le Bambino bag displayed on the shop's ornamental pedestal. The label's distinctive Winter 2023 ready-to-wear collections adorn the racks on both sides of the room.

In his characteristic style, creative director Simon Porte Jacquemus designed several unique advertisements to promote the location, which he disseminated on Instagram over the weekend. The designer dispatched a platter of silver Le Bambino bags and a Christmas tree down the resort’s slopes on Jacquemus-branded skis, and he also placed his renowned Le Chiquito bags on a conveyor belt reminiscent of those utilized by novice skiers.
