With allocations tightly limited, the initiative invites discerning patrons to shape highly individualized motor cars.

Rolls-Royce is launching its Coachbuild Collection initiative, which will provide clients with limitless possibilities for a bespoke Rolls-Royce, surpassing previous offerings. The inaugural launch has been designated as “Project Nightingale.”The Nightingale, a two-seat open-top masterpiece, is constructed on the “Architecture of Luxury” aluminium spaceframe and optimised for an electric powertrain akin to the Spectre, significantly embodying the Streamline Moderne art deco aesthetics of the 1940s. The profile is monolithic, substituting conventional cooling intakes for seamless surfaces and a substantial, meter-wide white Pantheon Grille sculpted from stainless steel at the front. Carbon fibre highlights and 24-inch wheels—directional and the largest ever installed on a Rolls-Royce—confer a stance that is both stable and assertive. However, Project Nightingale possesses dimensions comparable to those of the Rolls-Royce Phantom, ensuring a consistent stature.

The “Starlight Breeze” suite captivates with 10,500 individual “stars,” dynamically representing the sound-wave patterns of a nightingale’s singing, so connecting to its name. The brand asserts that the visualisation provides the Nightingale with a yacht-like feel, complemented by the "central fuselage" profile. The "Piano Boot," akin to a concert grand, epitomises elegance, while additional features radiate "sheer, monolithic beauty," as stated in the press release. Project Nightingale is accessible solely by invitation to those with a profound appreciation for Rolls-Royce design, limited to only 100 units. Global testing commences this summer, with initial client deliveries anticipated to start in 2028.
