Enhancing the watchmaker's shark-inspired collection with a luminescent GMT and a Farallones-themed caseback.

Topper Jewellers is intensifying its latest timepiece cooperation with DOXA by introducing the SUB 250T GMT “Great White” Topper Edition, a limited edition of 100 pieces that extends the watchmaker’s shark-themed collection. The release succeeds the rapid sale of the 2024 Great White edition and once more draws inspiration from the iconic Great White Sharks residing in Northern California’s Gulf of the Farallones.
Situated around 30 miles west of San Francisco, the isolated and formidable Farallon Islands—referred to as the “Devil’s Teeth”—function as a crucial reference point for the timepiece. The newest edition includes a bespoke caseback engraving illustrating the San Francisco Bay Area in connection with the shark-infested Gulf of the Farallones.

The 40mm SUB 250T GMT model, unveiled at Geneva Watch Week 2025, is engineered for multi-timezone monitoring and adventure-centric applications. The watch features a Swiss-made automatic movement, displaying two time zones concurrently, and possesses a 50-hour power reserve. In accordance with the 2024 Great White concept, the new edition showcases a no-date dial configuration to improve visibility in low-light conditions.
The entirely luminous Super-LumiNova BGW9 dial emits a vivid blue glow in low light, enhanced with blue lacquered hands and hour markers. DOXA’s hallmark unidirectional rotating bezel features pronounced sawtooth edges and dual engravings indicating elapsed dive time and no-decompression restrictions according to U.S. Navy dive tables. The engravings are completed in blue lacquer, corresponding to the watch's oceanic colour scheme.

The timepiece features a brushed 316L stainless steel case, an anti-reflective coated flat sapphire crystal, and a water resistance of 250 meters. It is accompanied with DOXA’s iconic beads-of-rice bracelet featuring a wetsuit extension, as well as an additional navy blue FKM rubber strap, all presented in a limited edition box set.
In line with other collaborations, Topper Jewellers will contribute a percentage of the revenues to the Greater Farallones Association, a nonprofit organisation committed to safeguarding marine life and rehabilitating coastal ecosystems within the 3,295-square-mile Greater Farallones National Marine Sanctuary. The sanctuary represents one of the country's most biodiverse marine ecosystems, harbouring a multitude of endangered species.
Only 100 individually numbered units of the DOXA SUB 250T GMT “Great White” Topper Edition will be manufactured, with a price of $2,990 apiece.
