Features encompass sword-inspired embellishments, DLC-coated titanium components, and patterned dials.

G-SHOCK enhances its premium MR-G collection with the introduction of two additional models: the MRGB2000BG-3A and MRGB2000RG-3A. Subsequent to the “Juryoku-Maru: San” limited edition, these clocks are inspired by kurogane-iro — a profound blue-green shade evocative of heated iron utilized in samurai armor. This vivid hue is attained via a deep-layer hardening technique and a green diamond-like carbon (DLC) coating on titanium components, yielding a finish that is simultaneously audacious and sophisticated.

Meticulously designed and grounded in Japanese heritage, both models showcase dials encircled by fan-shaped outlines and sword-inspired indices created by Casio’s nano-processing technology. The MRGB2000RG-3A features a recrystallized titanium bezel that reflects the crystalline patterns found in Japanese sword blades. Gold ion-plated accents, Sallaz polishing, and a sapphire crystal with an anti-reflective coating enhance the watches' opulent allure while guaranteeing durability and clarity.

Functionality converges with creativity through modern features like as Bluetooth® smartphone connectivity, radio-controlled timekeeping, solar-powered movement, and water resistance up to 200 meters. A gold-plated retainer plate in the MR-G module improves electrical performance, highlighting the brand's dedication to precision engineering.

The MRGB2000BG-3A is equipped with a whole titanium band coated with DLC, whereas the MRGB2000RG-3A utilizes a pliable fluoro-rubber strap adorned with a tortoiseshell motif representing strength and protection. Both “Kurogane-Iro” MR-G watches are priced at $3,300 USD and can be purchased through G-SHOCK.
