The Parisian caviar establishment and the New York City lifestyle grocery have developed a cross-cultural gastronomic experience based on high-quality, nutritious products.

Caviar Kaspia at The Mark Hotel and NYC’s new lifestyle grocer Happier Grocery have collaborated to create a special edition poke bowl, enhanced by the opulent addition of Kaspia’s Baeri Caviar.
The bowl features premium-quality Baeri Caviar alongside a blend of organic salmon, wild yellowfin tuna, organic avocado, European cucumber, and Japanese wakame in the classic Hawaiian meal. The vibrant entrée, priced at $50 at Happier Grocery and $55 at Caviar Kaspia at The Mark, exemplifies the fusion of Kaspia’s opulent legacy and Happier Grocery’s health-oriented philosophy.

Caviar Kaspia, established in Paris in 1927, introduced its culinary heritage to a New York City hotel in 2023, unveiling a restaurant designed by Jacques Grange. Caviar Kaspia, recognized as a leading distributor of caviar, established its renowned site at Place de la Madeleine in 1953, attracting culinary influencers and tastemakers for decades.
The Mark Hotel is a cultural icon, favored by the most distinguished attendees of the Met Gala and private afterparties. This year, Pharrell, Tyla, and Charli XCX attended The Mark for a celebrity-laden afterparty following the much-anticipated dinner.

Happier Grocery has established its own presence by inaugurating a multi-level grocery and leisure flagship in the bustling shopping hub of Canal Street in Fall 2023. The store has launched its own streetwear-inspired merchandise and just introduced a joint smoothie with Marc Jacobs, reflecting a decidedly modern outlook.
From July 22 to August 15, enthusiasts of poke and caviar can procure the “Happier with Kaspia” bowl at Caviar Kaspia’s Upper East Side establishment and Happier Grocery’s SoHo flagship location.
