Recall the cutting-edge Bell & Ross BR 03-92 Red Radar from 2011? If you are an enthusiast of contemporary, aviation-inspired watches featuring a striking burst of color, you are likely to remember it. The watch, designed nearly identical to an aviation radar screen, displayed time via a peculiar disc-display mechanism.

This year, Bell & Ross introduces their BR 03-92 Red Radar Ceramic, which is both stunning and outstanding. The innovative design of its predecessor is revisited with a more whimsical aesthetic that elicits a smile. Time is indicated through a meticulously designed system of two rotating discs: the larger outer disc, adorned with a passenger plane motif, represents the hours, while the smaller disc, featuring a fighter plane motif, denotes the minutes. They feature an analogue seconds hand that traverses the dial.

The BR 03-92 Red Radar Ceramic display features two tiers: the lower level contains discs representing the planes, while the hours scale is inscribed on the interior of the vibrant red sapphire crystal. This playful design evokes a stylized toy, creating the illusion of two little planes soaring above the dial. Each component is expertly built and meticulously calibrated by Bell & Ross in-house specialists to guarantee that the precision of the watch mechanism remains unaffected by friction.
